We start with a quarter-pound (unless you order a double) of 100-percent Angus beef that is hand ground.
We form our burgers into patties ourselves. We’re talking fresh, never frozen. Your senses will peak as it sears and is freshly seasoned on our grill. It is all served on your choice of artisan bun and topped with your choice of real cheeses, or applewood smoked bacon, or grilled mushrooms, onions and even fresh avocado.
